FAQ

 How do I register?

  • Click the Register tab and complete the information required on the form.
  • Make sure you enter a valid email address as we require everyone to confirm their email addresses.
  • After you register, your information will be reviewed for accuracy. This process will take between 24 and 48 hours.

Approval Email

If everything checks out, you should receive an email informing you your application has been approved along with instructions to help you log in and set up your account. Please note that we are vehemently anti-spam. Please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

I did not get an email from THEXCH, where is it?

  • First, check your junk mail folder to insure it was not incorrectly tagged as spam. If it was, please add our domain name to your safe list.
  • If you still can’t find our email, go to www.thexch.com and click "Contact Us". Enter the below information on the form:
    • Subject: Email Not Received
    • Your First & Last Name
    • Your Email Address
    • A short message (recommended)

If you just registered, be sure to wait at least 48 hours before contacting us.

When does my organization get listed?

Once you add content, your organization becomes visible and appears on search results pages according to its core competency.

  • If you specialize in the product sector, your organization will appear on Product searches along with your images.
  • If you specialize in the service sector, then your organization will appear on Service searches along with your top keywords.

Why can't I login?

If your application is denied or your membership is suspended, you can’t login because your account is inactive. If this is the case, you will have received an email notification as follows:

  • Membership Denied: Membership is denied when information provided during registration is not accurate.
  • Membership Suspended:  If you fail to follow our Terms of Use, your account will be suspended.

In either of these cases, if you feel we made a mistake, your recourse is to go to www.thexch.com/contact-us and fill in the form provided. Enter the following:

  • Subject: Inactive Membership
  • Your First & Last Name
  • Your Email Address
  • A short message explaining why we should reconsider our decision.

Can I change my email address & password?

You can change your email, password and almost anything else after your account is activated. First log in using your current email address and password. From your Member Console you can change your email address, password, etc. by clicking 'Profile > Users' and then your username. If you forgot your password and are no longer using the email address we have on file, please go to www.thexch.com/contact-us. Enter the following on the form:

  • Subject: Membership Denied
  • Your First & Last Name
  • The email address used during registration (or last edited)
  • A short message with your new email address.

When I try to register, it says "You are already registered". What do I do?

Once you have an active account on THEXCH, you cannot create additional accounts. To change your account information, go to www.thexch.com and log in. You can edit almost anything in your current account. If you are a Public Company or a Multi-National and wish to register each division separately, please go to www.thexch.com/contact-us and fill the below fields on the form provided:

  • Subject
  • Your First & Last Name
  • Your Email Address
  • A Detailed Message

What can I do if I'm still stuck?

Please note that THEXCH does not currently offer phone support. If you've tried all the above, please go to www.thexch.com/contact-us. Fill all the below fields on the form and give us details as to where you are having difficulties.

How do I close my account?

To close  your account, please go to www.thexch.com/contact-us. Enter the following on the form:

  • Subject: Close My Account
  • Your First & Last Name
  • Your Email Address
  • A short message (optional)
