Shipping: Our Standard Shipping is either FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, please note that FedEx & UPS Ground cannot deliver to PO Boxes. In some instances when it makes the most sense we use USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. Need Express Shipping? NextDay OverNight and 2nd Day Service can be provided! Just drop us an email with your address and the type of shipping you want before ordering and we'll send you back a quote.
International Orders: Shipping & Handling charge of $29.95 applies to orders shipping to countries outside of the United States. Any International orders that cost more than $29.95 due to weight, size of box and/or location will be charged actual cost and the order will be adjusted once it has shipped and the difference will be charged to your credit card. Please note that delivery of foreign orders may take up to 6 weeks since we cannot predict or control customs delays.
Return Policy: Returns are gladly accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its ORIGINAL CONDITION for a full refund of the purchase price less a 25% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Please notify us within 2 days if any of your items arrive damaged.
Sales Tax: 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the State of Wisconsin.
Order Status: Where is my order? Please allow ten days after your order has been placed, before assuming there is a problem and emailing us. We do keep you advised if there is any problem with your order.
